Sildenafil citrate (Viagra) was not better than placebo for treating erectile dysfunction in patients with combat-related post-traumatic stress disorder.

PDE-5 inhibitors for erectile dysfunction diabetic men

Phosphodiesterase inhibitors for erectile dysfunction in patients with diabetes mellitus.
Cochrane Database Syst Rev. 2007 Jan 24;(1):CD002187.

Eight randomised controlled trials were identified with a total 976 men.
Headache was the most frequent side effect.
